John left school, studied Accounting & Business Law & with this knowledge he started working in the ANZ Banking Group. He enjoyed it so much that he stayed until they offered him “the golden handshake” in 2001, after 19 years of service.
John decided to stay within the finance & lending industry, so after a brief spell sharpening his Golf game & travelling, he joined a small band of ex-ANZ bank managers & formed the Westlink Finance Group (of which he remains a member).
In late 2005, he was introduced to Carl Jabbour & after several long lunches a business model was discussed which today is Brokers Mutual Acceptance Pty Ltd.
John has a good knowledge of Commercial lending practices & provides BMA’s commercial clientele with informative, tailor made loan solutions.
Repeat business is John’s best performance indicator.

Carl Jabbour/Cert IV, Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking Mgt.
Co-Director
Carl left school, completed a Science degree at the Uni of NSW & then completed an Automotive Engineering degree.
Carl also had an interest in Banking & Finance & when a position was offered by GMAC, he accepted & became familiar with the Automotive, Finance & Insurance industry.
For 20 years, Carl worked in the automotive finance industry, being employed as Group Finance Manager for a large Australian based Automotive Group.
In 2001, Carl took on the position of NSW State Manager for Fortron Insurance.
In late 2005, he was introduced to John Tyrrell & the rest is history.
Providing innovative lending solutions is Carl’s greatest motivation.
